This isn't so much of a recipe as a suggestion for a fun little Middle Eastern twist on the beloved millennial staple of avocado toast. Add some Yemeni Zhoug Sauce, available from Trader Joe's, as well as some pickled pink turnips. The Zhoug adds a lot of heat (think chimichurri but spicier) and the pickled turnips balance it beautifully -- sort of like how ginger complements wasabi.
Plus, the pink color makes the food look so pretty. Who doesn't like pretty food?
